ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc. Project: 415 North Main St., Manteca, California <br /> Decontamination of the drilling or sampling equipment will be performed with a steam <br /> cleaner in a leak-proof trough. All soil cuttings and rinse water will be stored on-site in <br /> 55-gallon Department of Transportation (DOT) approved 17 H drums pending laboratory <br /> analysis for appropriate disposal. <br /> TASK 4 - LABORATORY ANALYSIS <br /> Soil and groundwater samples will be sent under chain-of-custody procedures to a state- <br /> certified hazardous materials testing laboratory. Selected samples will be analyzed for <br /> TPH-g by modified EPA Method 8015 and BTEX by EPA Method 8020, TPH as diesel <br /> by DHS Method 8015 and possibly total oil and grease by EPA Method 5530 A and E. <br /> One sample from the steam cleaning water will also be analyzed for the appropriate <br /> analytes. <br /> TASK 5 - ANALYZE DATA <br /> After the soil and groundwater laboratory data is available, shallow subsurface conditions <br /> of the soil and groundwater can be evaluated. <br /> TASK 6 - PREPARE REPORT <br /> Following completion of the field work and receipt of analytical data, a report documenting <br /> the field work,presenting analytical data and outlining the findings and conclusions will be <br /> submitted to the appropriate agencies. <br /> ESTIMATED SCHEDULE <br /> Task <br /> Obtain approval for work plan and safety plan Days after work plan <br /> Phase II Approval <br /> Drill Shallow Exploratory Soil Borings 5 <br /> Laboratory analyses 15 <br /> Analyze Data 20 <br /> Prepare Report and submit Phase II well locations 25 <br />
