The <br /> 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 30-feet NGVD. <br /> Wilcox Road has an existing right-of-way width of 74-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84-feet. <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support <br /> or deem complete the Site Approval Application for this project: <br /> 1. County Service Area No. 15 requirements stipulate that the maximum sanitary sewer discharge rate <br /> allowed for the proposed project is 1,600 gallons per acre per day. The applicant shall submit a <br /> sanitary sewer generation study, demonstrating that the proposed project meets the discharge <br /> limitation.
