An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards CW-CI I OR CW-C12 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145.5) <br /> 3. The frontage improvements for Wilcox Road shall be constructed in conforming with the standards for one <br /> half of a 84-foot right-of-way Minor Arterial Street. <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $1,052.00per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as warehouse the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is$780.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building. The <br /> fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$260.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as warehouse. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through <br /> the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R- <br /> 94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 7. All new structure and/or substantial improvements shall be raised one(1) foot above base flood elevation of <br /> thirty(30) feet NGVD. <br /> 8. The proposed project is classified as a Priority Project in the County Phase I National Pollutant Discharge <br /> Elimination Permit and must comply with the County Water Quality Control Criteria Plan by filtering, treating <br /> or infiltrating the 85`h percentile storm. <br /> 9. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than 1 acre but are <br /> part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs 1 more acres, are required to obtain <br /> coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity. <br /> Construction activity subject to this permit includes clearing, grading and disturbances to the ground such as <br /> stockpiling,or excavation,but does not include regular maintenance activities performed to restore the <br /> original line, grade, or capacity of the facility. <br /> 10. Construction sites that result in soil disturbance of one acre or greater will require the preparation and <br /> implementation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)meeting the requirements of the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Order No. 99-08-DWQ, Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) <br /> for Discharges of Stormwater Runoff Associated with Construction activity. <br /> 11. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 12. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br />
