Nixon Pr- 2211 Wilcox Road Stockton, California 95215 SUBJECT: STORM DRAINAGE AND SANITARY SEWER WILL SERVE FOR ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 101-021-64 Dear Mr. Nixon: WATER SERVICE The above referenced parcel is located within the California Water Service Company service area for water service. Therefore, the applicant shall obtain a will-serve letter from the California Water Service Company for water service. STORM DRAINAGE The County Service Area No. 15 storm drainage system will serve the above referenced parcel with storm drainage, subject to the following requirements: 1. Per County Development Title 9-1135, applicant shall submit engineering calculations and onsite drainage plan with collection paths for review. All driveways shall be at least three feet from any storm drain inlets. 2. The cost for any placement of new facilities shall be borne by the applicant. An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval. 3. An Encroachment Permit is to be obtained from the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to any work commencing in the County's right-of-way. 4. Any onsite construction shall require a San Joaquin County National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit. SEWER SERVICE The County Service Area No. 15 sanitary sewer system will serve the above referenced parcel with sewer, subject to the following requirements: 1. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities shall be borne by the applicant. An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval.
