Nixon Pr- <br /> 2211 Wilcox Road <br /> Stockton, California 95215 <br /> SUBJECT: STORM DRAINAGE AND SANITARY SEWER WILL SERVE <br /> FOR ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 101-021-64 <br /> Dear Mr. Nixon: <br /> WATER SERVICE <br /> The above referenced parcel is located within the California Water Service Company service area for <br /> water service. Therefore, the applicant shall obtain a will-serve letter from the California Water Service <br /> Company for water service. <br /> STORM DRAINAGE <br /> The County Service Area No. 15 storm drainage system will serve the above referenced parcel with <br /> storm drainage, subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. Per County Development Title 9-1135, applicant shall submit engineering calculations and onsite <br /> drainage plan with collection paths for review. All driveways shall be at least three feet from any <br /> storm drain inlets. <br /> 2. The cost for any placement of new facilities shall be borne by the applicant. An improvement plan <br /> shall be submitted for review and approval. <br /> 3. An Encroachment Permit is to be obtained from the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works prior to any work commencing in the County's right-of-way. <br /> 4. Any onsite construction shall require a San Joaquin County National Pollutant Discharge <br /> Elimination System Permit. <br /> SEWER SERVICE <br /> The County Service Area No. 15 sanitary sewer system will serve the above referenced parcel with <br /> sewer, subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities shall be borne by the <br /> applicant. An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval. <br />
