Mr. Stanley Nixon -2- <br /> STORM DRAINAGE AND SANITARY SEWER <br /> WILL SERVE FOR ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 101-021-64 <br /> 2. If any interruption to the existing sewer system is necessary, the San Joaquin County Utility <br /> Maintenance Division shall be contacted, at (209)468-3090, to perform the task. <br /> 3. The sewer generation for this parcel shall not exceed 1,360 gallons per day based on the <br /> County Standard rate for this sewer system of 1,600 gallons per day, per acre. <br /> 4. An Encroachment Permit is to be obtained from the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works prior to any work commencing within the County's right-of-way. Also, prior to any <br /> connection to the sewer main, the San Joaquin County Utility Maintenance Division must be <br /> notified. <br /> 5. A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the San Joaquin County Building Department for <br /> all work performed upstream of the service cleanout. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> All work shall be completed in such a manner as to reduce pollutants entering the storm sewer system <br /> to the maximum extent practicable. <br /> This will serve shall expire in 12 months, starting from the date of this letter, if a tentative map is not <br /> approved for this project within this time period. <br /> If you have any further questions on this matter, please contact me at (209) 468-3062. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> CHARLES F.
