New Moose Lodge Soil Suitability Study Page 8 of 9
Our Project Number: E07175A
November 5, 2007
6.8 Discussion of Septic System Sizing
Septic system construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal
Standards where applicable.
7.0 CONCLUSIONS
In summary, percolation rates that meet the minimum EHD standards were achieved in the
proposed septic disposal area. The Site appears suitable for the use of a standard septic
system.
No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. The
agricultural well on the Site is not operational at this time; the client has retained a contractor
to perform the repairs. Once the well is operational, a water sample will be collected, and the
results will be submitted in a separate letter. Please review the conclusions of the Nitrate
Loading Study for additional recommendations.
8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed
at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed
that the test holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in
the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed
in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of
professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
902 Industrial Way•Lodi,CA 95240.209.367.3701 •Fax 209.369.4228 02007 Nei!O.Anderson&Associates,Inc v
