Clements Rd. The
location of the test area for each parcel is shown on the Tentative Parcel Map, reduced.
Mr. Ted Norgard,R.E.H.S.,Environmental Health Division, was present for the critical
readings. The testing was performed in accordance with the Divisions percolation test
procedures.
The holes were drilled on February 25, and covered. Excessive rain precluded completion of the
percolation tests until May 12, 00.
The test results are shown on Form EH 05 119/94(90)attached. The soil as tested for Parcel 2
indicates it is conducive to percolation of clear sewage effluent. A new house exists on Parcel 2
and is occupied. Parcel 1 (or remainder)testing was not completed as the remainder is not
required to be tested until time of development.
This report is to be included in the Soil Suitability Study.
Earnest F.
