Abstract <br /> On August 9, 2016, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department conducted a <br /> complaint inspection and found an unsecured, fire-damaged single family dwelling with <br /> violations of California State Housing Law. The dwelling was posted with a Notice and Order to <br /> Abate, Unsafe to Occupy and with a Notice to Secure. The detached garage was also posted <br /> with a Notice and Order to Abate and Notice to Secure. <br />
