CITY OF STOCKTON DEPARTMENT OF MUNICIPAL UTILITIES 2500 Navy Drive • Stockton,CA 95206-1147 • 209/937-8750 • Fax 209/937-8708 www.stockton(rov.com April 3, 2019 David Rajkovich 5220 North Ashley Lane Stockton, CA 95215 REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE FOR 3263 EAST CHEROKEE ROAD (APN 132-070-10) In response to your letter of February 28, 2019, copy attached, City staff from the Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property which is located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit. The following information is provided as a result of that review: Community Development Department The proposed use conforms to the City's General Plan. The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. Municipal Utilities Department—Sanitary Sewer The subject parcel is currently not served by a sanitary sewer collection system, but there is adequate capacity available in Wastewater Collection System No. 9 to serve the proposed project at this time. The two points of connection are at the intersections of Wilson Way and McAllen Road, and Wilson Way and Stockton Diverting Canal. The property owner/developer shall design, construct and install all sanitary sewer improvements in accordance with the adopted Wastewater Master Plan, October 2008 (Master Plan). These improvements consist of oversized sewer trunk and main pipelines, oversized lift station, and any associated appurtenances required by the Master Plan and the City's Standard Plans and Specifications.The ownerldeveloper shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and extension of all sewer mains and laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards.
