The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a forty-two(42)foot - <br /> wide right-of-way from the centerline of French Camp Road to the property line across the parcel's <br /> frontage along French Camp Road. (A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal <br /> description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.)(Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 7. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 8. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application.
