8. This agreement is intended and shall be construed only as a license to enter and <br /> conduct the Activities upon the Property and not as a grant of easement or any other <br /> interest in the Property. <br /> 9. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties herein and their respective <br /> successors, representatives, heirs and assigns. <br /> 10.
