C A M B R I A <br /> analyzed quarterly for (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes, MTBE, 1,2- <br /> dichloroethane, and ethylene dibromide Samples from all wells will be analyzed annually in the <br /> third quarter for fuel oxygenates by EPA Method 8260B <br /> ANTICIPATED FIRST QUARTER 2004 ACTIVITIES <br /> Cambria is scheduled to install proposed wells MW-12 and MW-13 on February 9 and 10, 2004 <br /> P As reque MW-13 will be screened a sandy zone previously identified at approximately 80 <br /> feet below grade (fbg) Blaine will develop the new wells and gauge and sample all site wells <br /> according to the modified sampling schedule and tabulate the data Cambria will prepare a site <br /> investigation/groundwater monitoring report, which will include mass estimates, as requested by <br /> SJCEHD <br /> Cambria will submit a work plan addendum, detailing our proposed DPE test by <br /> February 13, 2004 as requested by SJCEHD in their December 23, 2003 letter <br /> In the letter, SJCEHD indicates that they agree that there appear to be two plumes in the area <br /> monitored (one associated with the subject site and a PCE plume farther south) SJCEHD plans <br /> to meet with the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) in January 2004 regarding <br /> this matter Shell maintains that the petroleum hydrocarbons detected in wells MW-6 through <br /> MW-11 did not originate as a result of Shell's operations at the subject site and Shell should not <br /> continue monitoring these wells Therefore, Shell is very interested in the outcome of SJCEHD's <br /> meeting with the RWQCB <br /> 0854 2 <br />
