All contaminated soils will be covered by a poly p <br /> remediation. <br /> Every attempt will be made to not destroy both NIW-4S and h4W-4D during the <br /> excavation process. <br /> 4.0 pROPOSED EXTJmCTION WELL <br /> A 4 inch extraction well is proposed for the purpose oi'monitoring groundwater and <br /> extracting floating product from the top of the groundv.ater surface. In addition, it <br /> may be used for groundwater treatment when, and if, it is deemed necessary. This <br /> well will be located approximately 60' from the center of the excavation, in a southeast <br /> (downgradient) direction (See Plate 1). <br />
