Implementing Health and Safety Program and reporting to the PSO for <br /> any action deviating from the anticipated conditions described in the <br /> Health and Safety Plan. <br /> 1.5 Special ftvtructionc <br /> It is the responsibility of the Project Manager and the Health and Safety <br /> Manager to review the available site information to determine, to what degree <br /> the i-lealth and Safety Plan will be impicmenled, I�.nch site will be handled on a <br /> else by case basks. This site, because of the nature and known levels of <br /> contaminates, has been iclenlif ed as a Level "D" entry. Based on U.S. EPA <br /> rating criterist for entry, this site z:quires a minimwu of protection. This will <br /> include rubber hoots, tyvek, gloves, and hard hats. <br />
