A safety topic shall be <br /> addressed each day from the following list: <br /> 1 - Site Safety Plan(first day and once a week thereafter) <br /> - Fire Fighting Techniques <br /> j - Defensive Driving <br /> ' - Decontamination <br /> - Levels of Protection <br /> Heat Stress <br /> - Emergency Equipment on Site <br /> - confined Space Entry Procedure - Respirator Maintenance <br /> Self-contained Breathing Apparatus Training (if necessary) <br /> 2.4 Safety Lag <br /> A safety log shall be kept for the project work-site. <br />
