x <br /> II <br /> SECTION 3 <br /> REPoRTING OF FINDINGS <br /> r <br /> -- This section discusses the reporting of findings, including a <br /> summary of observations during tank removal, laboratory reports, <br /> and documentation of the disposal of the tanks and their contents. <br /> { <br /> i Problem A-mesment Report <br /> A Problem Assessment Report (PAR) will be prepared that will <br /> include findings from field work, laboratory analyses, documentation <br /> of the disposal of the tanks and their contents, and will provide an <br /> evaluation of the data collected. As specified in the reporting <br /> requirements, the data evaluation will include the following <br /> components: <br /> • Tables summarizing the analytical data; <br /> • Figures delineating the extent of chemical detected,if any; <br /> • Groundwater gradient and depth to groundwater data, if <br /> available; and <br /> • A description of the soil stratigraphy as identified from the tank <br /> excavations. <br />_ The report will also contain a copy of the Closure Plan, Permit <br />_ Application, and related paperwork requested by Sas Joaquin <br /> - County.
