The site is identified as 10122 'Nest Lane, <br /> Stockton, California (APN: 9 - The following summarizes the independent conclusions <br /> representing Environmentali afety gervices' best professional judgment based on information and <br /> data available to me during this assignment. Information regarding operations, conditions, and other <br /> data provided by the client, owner or their representative has been assumed to be correct and <br /> complete. Additionally, the conclusions presented are based on the conditions that existed on the <br /> date of the assessment. <br /> Based on the results of the Phase I Environmental Assessment, I conclude that in the areas observed <br /> the subject property is not involved in the generation, treatment, storage or disposal of hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> Based on a review of historical records and on-site observations, the facility does not contain: <br /> • Asbestos <br /> • Radon gas <br /> • Underground storage tanks <br /> • Transformers containing PCB's <br /> The review of regulatory agency data available for the general area of the subject property concluded <br /> that the site is not on any of the databases and that none of the sites listed are anticipated to have an <br /> impact on the subject property. In addition,the review does not suggest that the subject property is <br /> involved in the generation, treatment, storage or disposal of hazardous waste. <br /> The review of the historical data available for the site and the general area does not suggest that the <br /> subject property has been involved in the use or manufacture of hazardous chemicals or the <br /> generation, treatment, and/or disposal of hazardous waste. <br /> The site and surrounding properties are involved in: <br /> Commercial, agricultural, and residential uses. Residential development is located to the <br /> south with some commercial uses are along West Lane. Agricultural uses are located to the <br /> north, west, and east. <br /> 2.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> 2.1 Purpose <br /> The purpose of this site assessment is to evaluate and classify the environmental concerns <br /> associated with the property located in Stockton, California identified as APN:.492-828=6Cr. <br /> —The site is vacant land of approximately 110 acres. A residential development is located <br /> directly adjacent to the site to the south. This report("Phase I Environmental Assessment")is <br /> limited to providing an assessment concerning environmental conditions (limited to those <br /> issues identified in the report), as they currently exist at the site. <br />
