1.0 SUMMARY - • -nvironmental Safetyerviccees did a Phase I Environmental Assessment of the propertt�y�located in County, �'4, d ifornia on July 23, 2002. The site is identified as 10122 'Nest Lane, Stockton, California (APN: 9 - The following summarizes the independent conclusions representing Environmentali afety gervices' best professional judgment based on information and data available to me during this assignment. Information regarding operations, conditions, and other data provided by the client, owner or their representative has been assumed to be correct and complete. Additionally, the conclusions presented are based on the conditions that existed on the date of the assessment. Based on the results of the Phase I Environmental Assessment, I conclude that in the areas observed the subject property is not involved in the generation, treatment, storage or disposal of hazardous waste. Based on a review of historical records and on-site observations, the facility does not contain: • Asbestos • Radon gas • Underground storage tanks • Transformers containing PCB's The review of regulatory agency data available for the general area of the subject property concluded that the site is not on any of the databases and that none of the sites listed are anticipated to have an impact on the subject property. In addition,the review does not suggest that the subject property is involved in the generation, treatment, storage or disposal of hazardous waste. The review of the historical data available for the site and the general area does not suggest that the subject property has been involved in the use or manufacture of hazardous chemicals or the generation, treatment, and/or disposal of hazardous waste. The site and surrounding properties are involved in: Commercial, agricultural, and residential uses. Residential development is located to the south with some commercial uses are along West Lane. Agricultural uses are located to the north, west, and east. 2.0 INTRODUCTION 2.1 Purpose The purpose of this site assessment is to evaluate and classify the environmental concerns associated with the property located in Stockton, California identified as APN:.492-828=6Cr. —The site is vacant land of approximately 110 acres. A residential development is located directly adjacent to the site to the south. This report("Phase I Environmental Assessment")is limited to providing an assessment concerning environmental conditions (limited to those issues identified in the report), as they currently exist at the site.
