Furthermore,when my son used <br /> the easement to access the back of the property, something that he has done for 40 <br /> years, one of the Veterans threw rocks at him. Perhaps this is the same Veteran <br /> who attacked me with his cane after one of the Planning Commission meetings. I <br /> have not filed charges yet because I have not learned the name of the person. This <br /> attack was reported to the Stockton Police. I am still planning to follow up on this. <br /> I definitely feel threatened by the hostility directed to my family by members of the <br /> VFW. I have even been "given the finger" by one of the members as I was exiting <br /> my driveway. I certainly do not deserve this treatment while I am going about my <br /> life. <br /> WE ARE NOT HAPPY. This is not working out, promises are not being kept and <br /> we have been reviled as not being patriotic, and on and on. We respect what the <br /> Veterans stand for and the fact that they protected our country.
