RECEIVFri
JUL - 9 2004 June 6, 2004
San Joaquin County Board Of Supervisors:
Dear Sirs: Community Development Dept.
It is with much dismay I write this letter. Since the last Board of Supervisors
meeting regarding this site application change with the VFW next door much has
happened. It seems to me that the VFW thumbs its nose at the neighbors and at the
Board of Supervisors and does as it pleases with no regard for others. It has not
complied with what the Board has instructed them to do, and blatently disregards
the rights of the neighbors.
On April 27, my neighbors Mr. & Mrs Mark Huong, reported an armed
robbery at their place across from the VFW and across from me. The case number
is 04-1014 and the deputy's name was Hodgson. I have given the sheriffs office the
license numbers of all those vehicles I reported to you at a prior meeting when I
advised you I felt I was being stalked. The vehicle numbers and dates are as
follows:
June 14, 2003 - 4CIG599 - black car, sort of sporty
June 21, 2003 - TUM4772902 - Apx 9:30 P. M. - Witnessed by Zee Mackenzie
& Betty Korte who were bringing me home.
June 24, 2003 - 4CIG599 - Apx 10:50 P. M. parked on corner of church
property with lights on - Sheriff advised registered to Ashley Michelle
Hairgold, Tracy, Ca.
July 1, 2003 - 4YDE997- White Van -Sheriff advised registered to Thomas
Orin Medust Fair Oaks, Ca.
July 9, 2003 - 2YDK621
July 10, 2003 - 2YDK621 - Apx 11:00 P. M.
August 12, 2003 - 51,86230 - maroon truck
August 12, 2003 - 5ANU579 - dark blue civic
August 13, 2003 - 51,86230 - maroon truck
August 14, 2003 - 51,85230 - maroon truck
Oct 3, 2003 - 4KWT434 - grey car parked on north side alongside poles which
was, in my opinion, done to cause problems with harvesting.
April 13, 2004 - 226VLT - Chevy pickup- witnessed by James Brown & Betty
Korte who were bringing me home.
When I discussed this with Mr. & Mrs Houng, she advised me the men who
robbed her were from across the street at VFW. Mr Huong attempted to discuss
the matter with VFW, and they told him to get off their property. They also stated
that the noise from VFW is very loud and disturbing, which I wholeheartedly
agree with.
These are just a few of the instances. Most of the time I did not get license
numbers and record them. To my knowledge this kind of activity has not taken
