The disposal of groundwater to the sanitary sewer will be <br /> abolished by a pending ordinance. Please submit an alternate disposal plan for treated <br /> groundwater. It may be necessary to discharge treated groundwater under a National <br />' Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit which is granted by the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB). <br />' 7.
