Uncontrolled aeration of sods with greater than 50 ppm TPH-gas u no longer <br /> allowed. Controlled aeration of sod with greater than 50 ppm-gas requires an air pollution <br /> permit which is granted by the San Joaquin Valley Regional Air Pollution District. Please <br /> provide more informanon regarding the biotreatment alternative utili-Yiiig X-19 for <br /> composting. <br /> 6 The proposed treatment of groundwater contaminanon specified discharge to the City of <br /> Stockton sanitary sewer. According to Larry Williams, City of Stockton Municipal Utilities <br /> (November 5, 1991 telecominimicanon) requests for discharge of groundwater to the <br /> sanitary sewer will be denied. The disposal of groundwater to the sanitary sewer will be <br /> abolished by a pending ordinance. Please submit an alternate disposal plan for treated <br /> groundwater. It may be necessary to discharge treated groundwater under a National <br />' Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit which is granted by the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB). <br />' 7. The March 22, 1990 analysis of MW1 indicated fecal conta=manon, 1500 MPN. <br /> Momtoring of fecal conmminanon has not continued. Innate quarterly fecal coliform <br /> analysis of each monitoring well within 50 feet of sanitary sewer lines. <br /> S. The investigation performed by Kleinfelder indicated that there were no known water supply <br /> wells within 500 feet of the site. The Tri-Regional Recommendations Appendix A-Reports <br /> states that the proximity of private, municipal and kng=on wells within 2000 feet of tine <br /> site are to be identified.
