July 1,2002 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE02-164 <br /> A review of"Proposition 65 Binders" from August 1995 through the present within 1/4 mile of the <br /> subject property revealed no (0) reported spills or releases. <br /> 4. San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention in an attempt to <br /> determine if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials storage, <br /> releases or spills, underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, or leaking underground <br /> storage tanks on the subject property. <br /> Trudy of the San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention reported that there are no (0)files <br /> for the subject property other than several building permits. <br /> 5. San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted in an effort to determine <br /> whether the subject property had been used in the past for agricultural purposes, and whether <br /> agricultural chemicals had been used on the subject property. According to Hazel Gallego of the <br /> Agricultural Commissioner's office, there were permits and use reports associated with the name <br /> Fisher Farms in Section 27, T2S, R7E, lot 3-la and 3-lb--the subject property. Information <br /> concerning the chemicals used on the subject property is available in Table 11,below. The use reports <br /> used for the purpose of completing this SSSCR are attached to this report as Appendix F. <br /> 7 <br /> c\� <br />
