SUMMARY <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Mr. Marc Fisher, Fisher Nurseries c/o Eugene <br /> Vocu, Triple "E" Engineering & Surveying Company, 15810 S. Harlan Road, Suite C, Lathrop, <br /> California 95624 to conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the northern three <br /> hundred feet of the property located at 9534 E. West Ripon Road, Ripon, San Joaquin County, <br /> California 95336. <br /> The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify to the extent feasible,any <br /> potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. <br /> Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and local and regional agencies were contacted in <br /> order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The <br /> search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties, and to properties within a search <br /> radius of one-quarter (1/4) mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property <br /> background and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the <br /> topography, soil type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are <br /> discussed.
