The information regarding the size and layout of the new
parcel was provide to our office by Triple"E" Engineering& Surveying Company.
III. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE
An interview with Marc Fisher was conducted to ascertain the recent site history. Mr.
Fisher indicated that his family has owned property since about 1982. A two (2) bedroom
residence exists on the property. Walnuts were planted about 1990 and are still present today.
Prior to 1990, an almond orchard existed on property. The previous property owner was
William Kincaid.
The site is designated by San Joaquin County Community Development as a general
agricultural 40 acre zone(AG40). The General Agriculture(AG)Zone is established to preserve
agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises.
IV. The septic system density was counted in a 1 mile square area centered over the site
using 1993 United States Geologic Survey(USGS)air photo and a 1989 USGS topographic map
obtained from terraserver(www.terraserver.microsoft.com). The count indicated about 30
homes or building clusters exist within one square mile(radius) around the center of the site. As
of 1993,it is estimated that the septic system density is approximately 30 per square mile.
The following interviews were conducted with available persons who live or work at or
near the subject property and/or have knowledge of septic system and water well performance.
There responses are condensed and summarized in the following table.
Table 1.
Survey of Neighbors.
RESIDENCE: Jerry Fisher
LOCATION: 9534 E.West Ripon Road
SEPTIC SYSTEM: No known problems.
WATER WELL: No known problems.
rpERSO
r 4
 M
Z W
O /
,y S O C♦
r
