STOCKTON lAugust 12 2015 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Observed dark wet stains throughout the shop with the lift (under the red car and under the lift) and a spill in the <br /> connecting shop. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or <br /> release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> Immediately clean all stains and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Ubaldo used absorbent <br /> to clean all the dark wet stains and spill throughout both shops. This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> Observed approximately 2 gallons of used oil in a open container (secondary containment) holding the 55-gallon and <br /> 30-gallon drums of used oil . All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or <br /> removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not <br /> adding or removing waste. Ubaldo cleaned out the used oil from the container and dispose of the used oil in the drum. <br /> There is no more standing liquid in the container holding the two above referenced drums. This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Observed the following: <br /> 1) 55 gallon drum of waste antifreeze without the accumulation start date. <br /> 2) 55 gallon drum of used oil without the accumulation start date. <br /> 3) 30 gallon drum of used oil without the accumulation start date. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties (toxic, reactive, corrosive or flammable) <br /> - physical state (liquid or solid) <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Verified disposal records of waste antifreeze and used oil and marked the accumulation start date 6/24/15.This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Received by Inspector: Phone: Date: <br /> (initial): i.� CINDY VO, EH Specialist 1 1 (209)468-8257 08/12/2015 <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br />
