Weber Ave., Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the parts washer for 5/29/09, 8/19/09, 11/11/09, <br /> 1/28/10, 4/30/10, 7/20/10, and 10/14/10 were not found on site. A list from Safety Kleen in the facility's <br /> disposal records indicated waste pickup on these dates. Hazardous waste generators shall retain <br /> copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated <br /> manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of the missing manifests and reciepts, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD by May 4, 2012. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 407. Six empty 55 gallon steel drums which previously held used oil were observed in the hazardous <br /> waste storage area without empty labeling. Ten 55 gallon poly drums, one 30 gallon poly drum, and <br /> nineteen 55 gallon steel drums which previously held oil were observed empty in the used equipment <br /> yard without empty labeling. A 55 gallon white poly drum was observed in the used equipment yard with <br /> an empty label with the date faded off. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a <br /> hazardous material shall be marked as empty with the date they were emptied and managed within one <br /> year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 605. A 55 gallon black steel drum of waste oily solids was observed in the hazardous waste storage <br /> area without a hazardous property or accumulation start date listed. All hazardous waste containers <br /> shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> 4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Since it cannot be determined how long the oily solids drum has been on site, immediately <br /> contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br /> the manifest to the EHD by May 4, 2012. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NO DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT T E AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By Title: <br /> Stacy Rivera (209) 468-3440 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07/12111 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
