DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The frontage improvements for Priest Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way Farm or Estate Subdivision street. . The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement, prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 <br /> fee is required for processing per Ord. No. 3337 in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate. The estimate <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public <br /> Works Department and submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> for approval. As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee <br /> of $100. 00. ) <br /> b. Requirements for construction of improvement: shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> C. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 627 . 00 <br /> for each single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br />
