Dedication to result in a twenty-five foot (251 ) right-of-way <br /> from the centerline of Priest Road to the property line shall <br /> be required across the frontage of APN 193-220-18. <br /> f. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> g. Individual storm drainage retention pond shall be provided <br /> for each parcel, or a community retention pond/terminal <br /> drainage system shall be proved to meet the requirements of <br /> the County and provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. <br /> h. Dedication and improvement of Janet Road with a fifty-foot <br /> radius cul-de-sac (turn-a-round) will be required when the <br /> Designated Remainder parcel is developed or subdivided <br /> further. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to the Recording of the Parcel Map to determine that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. Other information <br /> required by San Joaquin Public Health Services: <br /> 1. A study to determine the quality and quantity of water <br /> specifically studying general mineral, nitrates, fluoride <br /> and arsenic in the water aquifers in this area. <br /> b. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br />
