PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> a ply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to the Recording of the Parcel Map to determine that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage . Other <br /> information required by San Joaquin Public Health Services : <br /> 1 . A study to determine the quality and quantity of water <br /> specifically studying general mineral , nitrates, <br /> fluoride and arsenic in the water aquifers in this <br /> area . <br /> b. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development . <br /> C . Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development. <br />
