PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study is required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test is required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for <br /> the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan. <br />
