Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Division for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan. <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: <br /> Properly seal the irrigation well on Parcel 2 and <br /> eliminate the existing cross connection from the <br /> .irrigation well to the stand pipe. <br /> 3 . LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The Uniform Fire Code 1985 Edition Section 10. 207 <br /> requires the following standard for the right-of-way. <br /> 1. A minimum unobstructed width of 20 feet. <br /> 2 . A vertical clearance of 13 feet 6 inches. <br /> 3 . Surface shall be designed and maintained to support <br /> fire apparatus in all weather conditions." <br />
