The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee is <br /> $3 , 128 . 00 for each single family dwelling unit in the <br /> Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study is required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test is required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for <br /> the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br />
