The property is located at the southwest corner <br /> of Union and Coelho Roads, north of Manteca in San Joaquin County, <br /> California. One 1-1/2 acre parcel will be split off of the <br /> approximate 25 acre property. A plot plan showing the approximate <br /> location of the property is presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated July 11, 1990. Our services were initiated based <br /> on your written authorization of July 13, 1990.
