Dedication to result in a 25 foot wide right-of-way <br /> from the centerline of Priest Road to the property line <br /> shall be required across the frontage of <br /> APN 193-220-25. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> A soil suitability study is required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved <br /> landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance #877 and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , <br /> California Government Code, and Title 14 , CSR. <br /> f. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal <br /> of all demolition material from premises to an approved <br /> landfill site. <br />
