However, Kleinfelder's 2" ground water monitoring report in 2008 shows a <br /> east/northeasterly ground water flow direction (see Appendix C) at a flat gradient of <br /> 0.0004 feet per foot. Groundwater tends to be semi-brackish, and is not currently used <br /> as a drinking water source. The elevation of the upper most aquifer occurs at an <br /> average depth of-35 feet below MSL.
