10. FIELD NOTES <br /> A field logbook will be used to document the vital project and sample information. At a <br /> minimum, the following sample information will be recorded: See attached log sheet at <br /> the end of this work plan. <br /> ■ Sample ID <br /> • Location <br /> • Date & Time <br /> • Ambient temperature (if possible) <br /> • Weather conditions <br /> • Soil head space monitoring data (i.e. PID reading, etc) <br /> • Any other field comments by the sampler (s) <br /> 11. PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Photographs will be taken at the sampling location and at surrounding areas. The <br /> photographs will verify information entered in the field logbook. Each photograph taken <br /> will be written in the logbook with the approximate time, date, and location. <br /> 12 MANAGEMENT OF RESIDUES <br /> Since TRE's subcontractor will be employing Geo-probe for advancing in the borings, <br /> there will lesser quantity (versus traditional drilling operations) soil cutting and residues/ <br /> wastes generated as the result of the field operations in this project. <br /> In addition, since the ground water samples will be obtained through the geo-probe and <br /> there will not be any well development and purging of ground water, however, minor <br /> quantity of ground water will be generated as the result of field operations in this project. <br /> Minor wash water may be generated by the Geo-probe subcontractor as the result of <br /> Page 15 of 27 <br />
