The location of the well and conduit shall be as shown on the map attached. <br /> 3. The Permittee has posted security of $1,500 with the City of Stockton which will <br /> remain in effect during the life of this permit. <br /> 4. in accordance with Section 1(h) of the „Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits,” the permittee shall provide and keep in force during the term <br /> of the permit a policy of public liability insurance against liability for injuries to <br /> persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to the structure on City <br /> property, in amounts to be determined by the Risk Manager. The policy of <br /> insurance so provided shall contain a contractual liability endorsement covering the <br /> liability assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit and shall contain a <br /> provision that such policy may not be canceled except after thirty (30) days notice <br /> in writing to be given to the Risk Manager. The copies of these policies or <br /> certificates evidencing the same shall be filed with the Risk Manager of the City <br /> after approval of the City Attorney. <br /> 5. The issuance of this permit by the City does not create any agency on the part of <br /> the permittee, and the permittee will hold the City of Stockton harmless for any <br /> action for damages arising out of the permittee's activities performed under this <br /> permit. <br /> 6. Permittee, or his contractor, shall obtain an Encroachment Permit for the installation <br /> of the conduit and well. <br /> 7. The well head shall be covered with traffic rated vault as approved by the City of <br /> Stockton. The top of the vault shall be flush with the surrounding surface. <br /> 8. The provisions of the State of California, Department of Water Resources Bulletin <br /> 74-81and 74-90 entitled "Water Well Standards: State of California" shall be <br /> applicable to this permit. <br /> 9. Disposal of water from the well development shall be in accordance with current <br /> federal regulations. <br /> 10. Thebarricading of any portion of City streets shall be subject to the approval of the <br /> City Traffic Engineer. Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic <br /> and shall be installed in accordance with the Caltrans Manual of Traffic Controls for <br /> Construction and Maintenance Work Zones or the WATCH Manual. <br /> 11.
