Upon completion of water monitoring, the wells shall be abandoned in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin County Public Health Services. <br /> 13. The permittee shall be wholly responsible to adjust all well boxes/vaults to any and <br /> all grade changes that occur in the subject area due to construction, demolition or <br /> any other occurrence. <br /> 14. The well, well vault and conduit within the City's right-of-way shall be removed <br /> following completion of the project.. During the removal process, soil samples shall <br /> be collect by an independent certified laboratory and tested for the presence of all <br /> applicable constituents as determined by the City of Stockton. <br /> 15. The applicant shall register all improvements with Underground Service Alert(USA) <br /> and complete all ticket requests by marking the conduit locations. <br /> 16.
