Filbert Street <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has reviewed the "Work Plan Addendum" dated <br /> December 29, 1994 , prepared by CH2M Hill . PHS/EHD is aware that to <br /> date Del Monte has not been able to obtain encroachment permits <br /> from the City of Stockton for drilling in the street along Filbert <br /> Street and that overhead electrical lines along Filbert Street <br /> prohibit drilling in the sidewalk. PHS/EHD has discussed the <br /> problem and various options with the City of Stockton and CH2M Hill <br /> and anticipates that the hydropunch drilling issues can be <br /> resolved. Since this phase of work has been delayed PHS/EHD <br /> concurs with the mid April date for submission of the Corrective <br /> Action Plan. <br /> PHS/EHD recommends that you contact the City of Stockton Municipal <br /> Utilities Department concerning disposal of water produced during <br /> the pump tests .
