V
Mike Infurna
From: Marty Hartzell [HartzeM@rb5s.swrcb.ca.gov]
Sent: Thursday, October 25, 2001 6:43 PM
To: Mlnfurna@phs.hs.co.san-joaquin.ca.us; Cori Condon
Subject: 110 Filbert
110filbert2.doc
I spoke with Keith Sheets and Lucius Taylor from CH2M Hill on Thursday
evening regarding the subject site. We agreed on MW-12 and MW-13
relocations, but could not agree to MW-14 on the west edge of the plume.
Keith told me that they did not see a water-bearing unit below 106 feet
on the CPT-24 where MW-14 is planned, and wanted to review
cross-sections a little more prior to setting a cluster at MW-14. I am
leaning more towards an intermediate and deep cluster near CPT-17, south
of CPT-23 where contamination was identified at 144 feet.
I will be off on Friday, 10/26, and Keith and I decided to finish up our
discussion on the Addendum approval on Monday. The draft letter is
attached. Marty.
1
I
1
