The property is located east of Clements Road, <br /> approximately 1/4 mile north of Kettleman Lane in San Joaquin <br /> County, California. We understand that the property will be split <br /> into 2 parcels of approximately 39-1/2 and 40-1/2 acres. We have <br /> assumed that any construction on the parcels would consist of one <br /> single-family residence per parcel. A plot plan showing the <br /> approximate location of the property is presented on Plate A-1 of <br /> this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 33231 Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated September 25, 1990. Our services were initiated <br /> based on your written authorization of October 24 , 1990. The items <br /> listed under Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along <br /> with our responses. <br /> ITEM C-1 AND C-4 • <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and proposed development <br /> on septic tanks within and around the area(C-1) .
