08 July 2003
AGE-NC Project No. 03-1042
FINDINGS
Field observations did not detect the presence of volatile organic compounds (utilizing the PID) or
petroleum hydrocarbons-like odor in the soil samples collected.
A total of five soil samples were submitted to CTEL for analysis as noted above. No target analytes
were detected in the analyzed soil samples. The analytical results are summarized in Table 1.A copy
of the laboratory report(CTEL Laboratory IDs 0306-193-5,0306-193-8, 0306-193-13,0306-193-16,
and 0306-193-25) is included in Appendix A.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon the absence of detectable concentrations of contaminants in the soil samples, AGE
recommends that no further environmental action be taken at the site.
LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly upon
analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluation of the geologic/hydrogeologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation was made from a limited number of available
data points (i.e. soil samples) and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points. No
other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional interpetations, opinions and
recommendations contained in this report.
If you have any questions or require further information, please contact our office at(209)467-1006.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, SS,M R gk GE0,
No. 7473
William R.
