I
k'q KLEINFELDER
j
On June 30, 2005 air samples were collected for the performance evaluation of the
catalytic oxidizer. The air samples were analyzed for the following:
• Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons-gasoline (TPH-g) by DHS LUFT;
• Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylene (BTEX) by EPA Method 8015M18021 B;
• 1,2 DCA by EPA Method 8260B;
Photoionization detector (PID) readings were recorded from VE-1, VE-2, VE-3, VE-4,
VE-5, and the mainline before and after the reducer on June 30, 2005. The PID
instrument is a handheld instrument used to measure the overall level of volatile organic
compounds in the airstreams such as BTEX and hydrocarbons.
i
I
i
I
i
12280.M0N/ST05R803/JZ:Iv Page 9 of 15
02005, Kleinfelder, Inc.
