The OWNER shall answer any questions and resolve any disputes regarding the intended meaning . of the Specifications and other Contract Documents , and the OWNER 's interpretation shall be conclusive and accepted as Ina . ARTICLE 3 - DRAWINGS AND DETAIL .INSTRUCTIONS A. All drawings and specifications and copies thereof Ofurnished byarethe notOWNER , ARCHITECT or the ENGINEER are the property rop Y of the to be used on any other Work and are to be returned on request. The CONTRACTOR will be furnished , with reasonable promptness , such additional instructions and drawings as the OWNER may deem necessary for the proper execution of the Work. All such drawings and instructions will be { consistent with the Contract Documents , true developments thereof and reasonably inferable therefrom, and the Work shall be executed in conformity therewith. B. if 'the CONTRACTOR observes that the drawings and specifications are at variance with any laws , ordinances , rules , regulations , or safety standards bearing on the Work , or i f the impl ementati on of, the design as drawn or specified would result in any violation thereof , he shall notify the OWNER in writing. if the CONTRACTOR furnishes any Work which is not in conformance with such 1 aws , ordinances , rules , and regulations , and without such notice to the OWNER , he shall bear all costs arising from the correction thereof. C. The CONTRACTOR shall keep one copy of all drawings -and specifications at the site , in good order, available to the OWNER and to his representatives. D. An accurate record of all deviations from .contract drawings and ` specifications shall be kept by the CONTRACTOR and his Subcontractors. They shall provide the OWNER with one set of contract drawings marked to show any changes in .the Work for purposes of preparing "As Constructed" plans. An. extra set of drawings will be furnished for this purpose. At the completion of the ,job and before final acceptance , the CONTRACTOR shall make any final corrections to drawings and certify to the accuracy of each print by signature thereon and submit same to the OWNER. E. Shop drawings prepared by or' for the CONTRACTOR shall be submitted for approval prior to fabrication and all Work furnishedmust fes n strict drawings accordance with such drawings as approved. .
