ATTACHMENT A
R-90-1130
MS-90-87
prepared for this project did not identify any rare or
endangered species or habitats or other substantial ,
adverse environmental impacts .
6 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is
not likely to cause serious public health problems .
This Finding can be made because both parcels are sized
to adequately handle on-site sewage disposal, storm water
retention, and domestic water supply .
7 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will
not conflict with easements , acquired by the public at large,
for access through or use of property within the proposed
subdivision unless it is found that alternate easeements , for
access or for use, will be provided and that these will be
substantially equivalent to ones previously acquired by the
public.
° This Finding can be made because no easements have been
identified or required.
8 . Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are
consistent with the General Plan.
This Finding can be made because any such improvements
of land must meet County standards and requirements for
dedication and/or construction.
