APPROVED USE: This approval is for the addition of 65, 289 <br /> square feet to an existing 16, 600 square foot can <br /> manufacturing facility (use type: general industrial, <br /> intermediate) as shown on the Plan submitted September 28 , <br /> 1995. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved <br /> Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The <br /> Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on- <br /> site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage <br /> calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> architect shall be included. <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply <br /> with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust <br /> free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> (2) A minimum of 192 parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including 6 accessible spaces, including one van <br /> accessible space. (2 spaces are required for every <br /> 1, 000 feet of building area. .5 spaces are required <br /> for every employee. ) (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015. 3) <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required <br /> for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.7) <br /> f. LOADING: Four loading spaces shall be provided. Each space <br /> shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in <br /> width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. <br /> On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu <br /> of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas <br /> for delivery vehicles are provided.
