LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot <br /> and security lighting shall be installed. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015. 5 [g] ) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises. No spillover beyond the property <br /> lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall <br /> not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[g] [4] ) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with <br /> the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, <br /> respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Welty <br /> Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the <br /> project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020 . 9) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, <br /> walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020. 9) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project <br /> shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and <br /> dust free. <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in <br /> Section 9-1020. 6 of the Development Title. The parking <br /> area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent <br /> (5%) landscaping within the perimeter of the parking <br /> area, not including landscaping along the street <br /> frontage. 19 trees shall be planted, evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1020. 6) <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including <br /> storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen <br /> six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored <br /> within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two <br /> (2) feet above the adjacent screen.
