In addition, a work <br /> plan to define the lateral and vertical extent.of contamination in soil and <br /> groundwater must be submitted. Monitoring w6`11sshould be installed <br /> between SB5 and MW4 and downgradient of MW4 to evaluate the extent <br /> of the MTBE contaminant plume. <br /> 1116 First <br /> PHS/EHD has reviewed the closure report for this site and submitted a <br /> request for concurrence from the CVRWQCB for"no further action <br /> required"at this site. fi <br /> 1465 Lincoln <br /> AGE will be submitting a report of the investigation in the area of the <br /> 12,000 gallon UST.
