Representatives from the City of Stockton were you and ,Jahn Fukomoto: PHS/EHD representatives were Margaret Lagorio, Lori Duncan and Jeff Wong. The following is a summary of the site discussions and follow up comments by PNS/EHI Fontana drive at Smith Canal A pump test was performed on monitoring well h to evaluate whether free product could be drawn into the well or if groundwater could be lowered by pumping from this well. It was discussed that three push point borings with sail sample collection would be performed about 15 feet from this well. The information can be used in preparing a truss balance calculation of the contamination remaining in place and evaluation of excavation as a remedial alternative.. 110 W. Sondra The air spargelvapor extraction test was performed. There was discussion about an apparent preferential pathway observed during the air sparge test and that remediation of MTBE may not be effective using this alternative. Levels of MTBE are low compared to the other gasoline constituents evidenced at this site so this should be considered when evaluating remedial alternatives. A report of the air spargelvapor extraction test is to be submitted to PHS/EHD: A Corrective Action Plan will be prepared. A Division,of San.Joaquin County Health Care Services.
