(Development Title Section 9-1015.3) (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) g. TRASH ENCLOSURE: Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid masonry walls on three sides and gated on the fourth side. Details shall be included on the Site Plan. h. SCREENING: The approved use shall be screened from the adjacent residential use on the north side of the property either by a solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height or a landscaping area not less than 25 feet wide along the north property line(Development Title Section 9-1022.4). The wall shall be no higher than three feet within 20 feet of the west property line. A five-foot-wide planting strip shall be installed between the wall and the parking area (Development Title Section 9-1020.6). Screening details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1022 of the Development Title, be included on the Site Plan, and be installed as part of Phase 3. i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width,shall be installed across the frontage of the project site along Auto Avenue. (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas,or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (3) Areas of the property that are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020) (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Seventeen trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. A five-foot-wide planting strip is required in the parking lot along the western property line. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) j. Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed of one-hour, fire resistive material. Openings will not be permitted less than 5 feet and protected less than 10 feet. Exterior walls less than 10 feet from a property line shall be two-hour construction.
