Development Committee -3- <br /> SA-94-38 <br /> e. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> for the retail use prior to the initiation of that use. <br /> (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> f. Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with <br /> solid masonry walls on three sides and gated on the <br /> fourth side. Details shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan and be installed prior to issuance of <br /> the Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> g. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the requirements of Section 9-1015. 5{g} of <br /> the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed to <br /> confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property lines shall be permitted, except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall <br /> not cause a hazard to motorist. Lighting details shall <br /> be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> h. A minimum of eighty-three (83) automobile parking spaces <br /> shall be provided for the approved church. In addition, <br /> parking shall be provided for the accessory retail use at <br /> the following rates: 3 . 3 spaces for each one thousand <br /> (1, 000) square feet of retail space in the building and <br /> . 67 spaces for each employee. The Improvement Plan shall <br /> include parking calculations, show the area of the <br /> building to be used for the accessory retail use and its <br /> square footage, and indicate the days and hours of <br /> operation for both of the approved uses. The accessory <br /> retail use may use the parking spaces designated for the <br /> church only if the two uses do not take place <br /> concurrently. Parking spaces shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate <br /> depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a dust-free surface. The size and location of <br /> the parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. <br /> The required parking spaces shall be installed prior to <br /> issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> i. A maximum of two (2) advertising signs shall be permitted <br /> for the approved use; only one of which may be a <br /> freestanding sign. Sign details shall be consistent with <br /> Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and all existing <br /> and proposed signs shall be shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br />
